1 cup cooked quinoa
1 tbsp ground flax
3-4 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
A pinch sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 175°C/347°F.
Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix to combine.
Set aside for 10 minutes to allow the flax to absorb the liquid, then mix again and shape little patties using your palms.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add the patties onto the sheet and bake for 15 minutes, then flip over and bake for another 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool before serving.
