Forget toxic energy drinks, homemade bars are the best way to get an energy boost in the afternoon, when you feel that familiar crash start to set in. Dried fruit, nut and seed butters all provide healthy nutrients for your body, helping restore depleted reserves, eliminate toxins, and oxygenate, to revitalize itself. These energy bars are made with sesame butter, dried dates, and oats, all excellent sources of essential minerals like magnesium, calcium, and potassium to help the body carry out its daily functions.Print
