Broccoli is probably the most popular vegetable from the cruciferous family, and it sure deserves its status. It contains a unique combination of three phytonutrients that play a key part in all of the natural detox processes of the body. Broccoli phytonutrients act as activators, neutralizers, and eliminators during the different phases of detoxification, which shows just how important this veggie really is. Serving it raw ensures maximum support to your cells, so this simple snack acts as a catalyst for cleaning your entire system.Print
