Ingredients

2 cups broccoli florets

1 tbsp tamarind sauce

2 garlic cloves, cut into thin slices

1 tbsp lime juice

2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

A pinch cayenne pepper

 


Instructions

Add all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl, and toss well to coat evenly.

Transfer the broccoli with the sauces into an airtight jar, and refrigerate for at least an hour, then serve.
