Vegan Spiced Cashew and Tahini Cream with Apples

1 cup lightly toasted cashews

1 tbsp raw tahini

A tsp ground turmeric

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

¼ tsp powdered ginger

½ tsp cinnamon

A pinch sea salt

1 apple, cut into slices



Add the cashews into a food processor and pulse to obtain a creamy butter. It should take about seven minutes, with pauses for not overheating the machine.

When the butter is ready, add the tahini and spices, season with salt and pulse to incorporate.

Serve with apple slices.
