1 cup rolled oats
½ cup raw sunflower seeds
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
½ apple, grated
1 tsp coconut oil
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger power
Add the sesame seeds, oats and coconut flakes into the food processor and process until finely ground.
Add cinnamon, ginger powder, coconut oil and apple and pulse to incorporate.
Use your palms to shape little balls, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
