Crackers are an easy and guilt-free snack, and if you add in the right ingredients they can become real detox food that’s good for you. 1 cup almond flour
½ cup buckwheat flour
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp raw tahini
1 tbsp almond milk
4 garlic cloves, minced
A pinch sea salt
2 tsp sesame seeds
Preheat the oven to 175°C/347°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In the food processor add the flours, ground flaxseed, tahini, almond milk and garlic cloves and process to obtain a firm dough. Add more almond milk to adjust the texture.
Transfer the dough into a bowl, add the sesame seeds and salt, then gently knead the dough to incorporate them.
Roll the dough onto a well-floured surface, into a very thin sheet.
Transfer it onto the baking sheet, cut with a knife into the desired shape, then bake for 15 minutes, until golden.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool before serving.
