Ingredients

3 medium celeriac heads, peeled and cut into wedges shape

2 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp turmeric

½ tsp ground cumin

2 spring onions, finely diced

Freshly ground black pepper

 


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175°C/347°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and add the celeriac wedges.

Add the spices, season with freshly ground black pepper, drizzle with coconut oil and toss to coat evenly.

Roast for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and serve garnished with diced spring onion.
