Vegan Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

Like its popular relatives from the cruciferous family (broccoli, kale, Brussels sprouts), cauliflower has remarkable health benefits, especially regarding the support of the natural detox processes of the body. Its antioxidants help the liver neutralize toxins, while its phytonutrients activate and regulate the activity of detoxification enzymes. Lightly cooking cauliflower ensures you get the maximum benefit from its exceptional nutritional profile, and these roasted steaks are a great way to enjoy its distinct flavor and nourish your body from head to toe.
