2 small beets, peeled and cut into small cubes

1 ripe avocado, peeled and cut into chunks

1 cup purified water

2 tsp raw tahini

1 inch ginger piece, peeled

1 tbsp raw tamariĀ 

A pinch sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Mixed seeds, to garnish

 


Instructions

Add all the ingredients into the blender and process to obtain a smooth, creamy soup.
