Vegan Quinoa Protein Bars

In order to restore and regenerate your cells, and also to support enzymatic activity, your body needs good quality protein. When relying on vegetable protein you need to combine ingredients to assure that all the essential amino-acids are included. These bars contain the perfect combination of quinoa and oats to offer your body everything it needs to support a natural cleanse. While oats are a fantastic source of the essential mineral magnesium, quinoa also contains essential fatty acids and antioxidants to reduce oxidative stress. Vegan Quinoa Protein Bars

  • Yield: 5-6 bars


1 cup rolled oats

½ cup cooked quinoa, drained

½ cup coconut flakes

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp organic honey



Add all the ingredients into a food processor and mix to combine.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper, add the mixture and use a spatula to spread into a ½ inch thin layer.

Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven.

Set aside to cool, then cut into bars before serving.
