Vegan Quick Massaged Kale Salad

2 cups fresh kale leaves, roughly chopped

2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

½ cup raw sunflower seeds

¼ cup chia seeds

A pinch sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper



Add the kale leaves into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and massage them with your hands until they become tender.

Add the lemon juice, seeds and black pepper, toss to combine and serve.
