If you’re following a detox diet during the fall, pumpkin is a must-have ingredient. Its bright orange flesh announces a high concentration of antioxidants, which makes it one of the most nutritious fall foods. Roasted or raw, pumpkin not only has an inviting sweet taste and delicate flavor, but also sustains your liver, and reduces oxidative stress and inflammation thanks to its omega-3 content. Combine it with the detoxifying action of ginger to create a professionally-spiced fall soup.Print
