Potato skins not only make delicious snacks, but also contain health-promoting phytonutrients. Potatoes are especially rich in vitamin B6 and fiber, and also in minerals like potassium, which enables toxins, water, and excess sodium to exit the cell membrane. Manganese and copper are also present, a combination that acts as a trigger for the natural detox functions of your cells. Avocado and parsley complete the nutritional profile with healthy fat, antioxidants, and vitamins, creating a delicious and satisfying snack to stimulate the natural detoxification of your body.Print
