2 tbsp chia seeds
1 pomegranate, seeds only
1 cup purified water
2 tbsp lemon juice
Add the pomegranate seeds into a small bowl and use a pestle to crush them and release their juices.
Use a strainer to remove the solid parts of the seeds.
Add the pomegranate juice, chia seeds, lemon juice and water into a pitcher, mix well to combine and set aside for 10 minutes, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid.
Distribute into serving glasses and mix well before drinking.
