Vegan Parsley, Pomegranate And Sprouted Mung Salad

Green veggies are always a fantastic choice for your health, and this is especially true for a detox! The humble herb parsley has an impressive nutritional profile, a one-of-a-kind taste, and versatile flavor, making it an excellent ingredient for a quick salad to give you an energy boost in the afternoon. Parsley contains a complex combination of antioxidant flavonoids, vitamin C, and beta-carotene, which goes a long way in fighting free radicals. Parsley has also been shown to help inhibit tumors, and has enzymes that help whisk toxins from the body. Pair the detoxifying power of parsley with the antioxidants in pomegranates, and the nourishing properties of mung sprouts to create a quick salad you can use as a light snack.
