¼ cup almonds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup cashews
¼ cup hazelnuts
¼ cup quinoa
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp unsweetened desiccated coconut
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp powdered ginger
1 tsp coconut oil
A pinch sea salt
Preheat the oven to 175°C/347°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add the nuts and seeds.
Drizzle with coconut oil and maple syrup, add the spices and salt, and toss to coat evenly.
Roast for 7-10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside to cool before serving.
