Vegan Matcha, Coconut And Cacao Protein Balls

Matcha is the ingredient that everyone is talking about these days. Used by Zen monks before meditation sessions, matcha has mind-sharpening properties and high concentrations of antioxidants, from ground green tea leaves. While some people have replaced coffee with a matcha drink, we created this delicious snack to combine its powers with the nourishing ones of coconut oil and raw cacao. These lovely-colored protein balls are loaded with minerals, antioxidants, and healthy fat to help your cells restore and regenerate, while also giving you a gentle boost of energy in the afternoon.
