Ingredients

1 cup cooked green lentils 

1 garlic clove, crushed

1 tbsp tahini 

A pinch sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1 tsp sumac

Fresh parsley leaves, to garnish

 


Instructions

Add all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse to obtain a creamy dip.

Garnish with parsley leaves and serve with gluten-free crackers.
