Vegan Kale Chips

Ingredients

2 cups fresh kale leaves, stems removed, roughly chopped

1 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

A pinch sea salt

 


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 148°C/300°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add the kale leaves, drizzle with coconut oil and apple cider vinegar, season with salt and toss to coat evenly.

Roast for 10 minutes, then toss and roast for 10 more minutes.

Remove from the oven and set aside to cool before serving.
