Ingredients

5-6 medium carrots, peeled

1 lemon, peeled

2 inch ginger piece, peeled

1 tsp turmeric powder

A pinch cayenne pepper

 


Instructions

Juice the carrots, lemon and ginger, then incorporate the turmeric powder and cayenne pepper and drink straight away.
