Vegan Dark Chocolate Bites

Raw cacao is an excellent choice when it comes to boosting your energy, thanks to its high doses of minerals. Vegan Dark Chocolate Bites

  • Yield: 8 bites


2 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp raw cacao powder

2 tbsp raw buckwheat groats

1 cup dry pitted dates, soaked for an hour

A pinch sea salt



Add the dried pitted dates into the food processor and pulse to obtain a puree.

In a medium sauce pan add the coconut oil, cacao powder and the date puree and mix to incorporate, over low heat.

Add the buckwheat groats, and mix to combine.

Spread the mixture onto a parchment paper foil, then refrigerate for at least an hour. 

Cut with a knife and serve.
