1 tbsp almond butter
2 tsp coconut oil
½ cup cashews
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp raw agave syrup
A pinch sea salt
¼ cup unsweetened desiccated coconut flakes, to garnish
Add the cashews, sunflower seeds and oats into the food processor, and pulse to obtain a fine grind.
Add the almond butter, coconut oil, agave syrup and salt, and pulse to incorporate.
Add coconut flakes onto a plate, then shape the mixture into little bites and roll them over the plate to coat in coconut flakes.
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, then serve.
