Vegan Chilled Spinach Soup

1 cup fresh spinach leaver

1 small cucumber

1 small bunch parsley leaves

1 lime, juice only

1&1/2 cup almond milk

1 garlic clove, crushed

1 tbsp raw tahini

A pinch sea salt

Mixed seeds, to garnish



Add all the ingredients into the blender and process to obtain a creamy soup. Set aside for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to combine. 

Distribute into the serving jars or bowls and garnish with mixed seeds before serving.
