1 cup fresh kale leaves, roughly chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 small zucchini
1 celery stalk
1 ripe avocado, peeled and cut into halves
2 tsp raw tamari
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp raw tahini
½ piece ginger, peeled and minced
A pinch sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1&1/2 cup water
White and black sesame seeds, to garnish
Add all the ingredients into the blender and process to obtain a creamy soup. Set aside for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
Distribute into the serving bowls, garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
