1 large cucumber, cut into chunks
½ inch ginger piece, peeled
1 avocado, peeled and cut into chunks
2 tsp raw tahini
1 lime, juice only
1 garlic clove, crushed
Freshly ground black pepper
A pinch sea salt
1 tsp black sesame to garnish
Blend all the ingredients until you obtain a creamy liquid.
