1 cup rolled oats
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup flaked almonds
1 tbsp unsweetened desiccated coconut
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp organic honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
Preheat the oven to 150°C/302°F.
Place all the ingredients into a medium bowl and mix to combine.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then add the mixture and spread with a spatula.
Bake for 25 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
Cut into bars and serve or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to a week.
