Ingredients

¼ cup chia seeds, soaked into purified water for 10 minutes

1 inch ginger piece, peeled

1&1/2 cup almond milk

1 ripe banana, peeled

½ lemon, juice only

1 bunch fresh parsley leaves

 


Instructions

Blend all the ingredients until creamy and drink straight away.
