1 cup chia seeds, plus extra for coating
½ cup almonds
¼ cup rolled oats
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp unsweetened desiccated coconut
1 tbsp raw agave nectar
In a food processor add the chia seeds, almonds and oats, and blend to obtain a fine grind.
Add the coconut oil, agave nectar, desiccated coconut, and mix to obtain a sticky mixture.
Shape little balls using your palms, add them into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
