Vegan Chia Pudding

A great snack for restoring your body after a workout, this is a filling, easily-made, and protein-rich pudding. Chia seeds are nutritional powerhouses, loaded with essential minerals like calcium and magnesium to sustain healthy cellular activity, essential fatty acids to lower cholesterol, and soluble fiber for getting your digestive system in gear to flush out old estrogen, toxins, and cholesterol. Combine these miraculous seeds with vegan milk for extra protein, pomegranate seeds for antioxidant protection, and raw mixed seeds for a delicious crunch.

4 tbsp chia seeds

1&1/2 cup almond milk

2 tsp raw agave nectar

Seeds from ½ pomegranate fruit

Mixed seeds (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin)



In a medium bowl mix the chia seeds with almond milk and agave nectar, and set aside for 15 minutes, to allow the seeds to absorb the liquid.

Distribute into the serving bowls or jars, top with pomegranate and mixed seeds, and serve.
