Vegan Chia Kale Crackers

Crunchy, deliciously flavored, and made with whole, cleansing ingredients, these crackers make a perfect snack and are great for cooking in batches and storing away for any time you need a healthy nibble in the afternoon. They contain dietary fiber, both soluble and insoluble, to help your body cleanse and flush out toxins, excess estrogen, and cholesterol. Vegan Chia Seed Kale Crackers

1 cup almond meal

½ cup ground flax

¼ cup psyllium husk

½ cup kale leaves

3-4 tbsp almond milk

1 garlic clove, minced

A pinch sea salt



Preheat the oven to 175°C/347°F.

Add the kale leaves into the food processor and pulse to finely chop.

Add the rest of the ingredients and process to obtain a dough.

Roll the dough over a well floured surface to obtain a thin layer.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and add the rolled dough.

Cut into the desired shape and bake for 15 minutes until golden.

Remove from the oven and set aside to cool before serving.
