Vegan Cauliflower Tots

Vegan Cauliflower Tots

Description

1/2 small cauliflower head, cut into florets

1 tbsp ground flax

½ cup almond flour

2 garlic cloves, minced

A pinch sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1 tsp tahini, to drizzle

Fresh parsley leaves, chopped, to garnish

 


Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 175°C/347°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add the cauliflower florets into the food processor and pulse two or three times to finely chop, but to mash the vegetable (it should have the couscous texture).

Transfer it into a medium bowl, then add the ground flax, almond flour, garlic, salt and pepper, and mix to combine.

Shape little tots and line them onto the baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes, then flip over and bake for 10 more minutes.

Remove from the oven, drizzle with tahini, garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
