1 cup broccoli florets
½ cup almonds
½ cup sunflower seeds
1 tbsp ground flax
2 tbsp almond milk
2 garlic cloves, minced
A pinch sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp tahini, to garnish
Preheat the oven to 175°C/347°F.
Add the almonds and sunflower seeds into the food processor, and pulse to obtain a fine grind.
Add the broccoli florets and process again to incorporate.
Transfer the mixture into a medium bowl, add the ground flax, almond milk, garlic cloves, salt and pepper, and mix to combine.
Set aside for 10 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then use your palms to shape the mixture into little nuggets. Line them onto the baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes on one side, then flip over and roast for 15 more minutes.
Serve drizzled with tahini sauce.
