4 organic apples, cut into very thin slices
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 110°C/225°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add the apple slices and cinnamon powder, then toss to coat evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes, until the edges become curly and the apples are dry.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool before serving.
