Vegan Quick Toasts With Avocado, Spicy Chickpeas And Tahini

1 ripe avocado, peeled and cut into chunks

2 tsp raw tahini

½ cup cooked chickpeas

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

½ tsp cayenne pepper

A pinch sea salt

1 tbsp lemon juice

Gluten-free toasts, to assemble

Freshly ground black pepper

Sesame seeds, to garnish



Add the avocado, lemon juice and salt into a food processor and pulse to obtain a creamy mixture.

Add the chickpeas into a small bowl, season with cayenne pepper, add a drizzle of olive oil the toss to combine.

Spread avocado mash onto the toasts, top with spiced chickpeas, drizzle with tahini, garnish with sesame seeds, season with black pepper and serve.
