Ingredients

1 cup cooked barley

1 bunch fresh parsley, roughly chopped

1 small onion, finely diced

The seeds from ½ pomegranate

1 tsp sumac

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

½ lemon, juice only

A pinch sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper

 


Instructions

Add all the ingredients into a medium bowl, mix to combine, set aside for 10 minutes for the barley to absorb the flavors, then serve.
